Heartfelt Thanks Project From Cricut Magazine
Hello everyone. I hope you are having a great day...and a great summer. Tomorrow is my kids' first day back to school. Can you believe it? Their summer is already over! I'm very sad for them. But on the same token, it'll be good for them to be back to school since I start my new job next week. It will be good for us all to be back on a schedule.
Today's project is a project that was recently published in the August edition of Cricut Magazine. This is a project that I designed earlier in the year and submitted. I actually had it posted on my blog, but had to pull the post off when it was chosen for publication.
For this project I used the Forever Young Cricut cartridge for the flower cut. It was cut at 3.5 inches. I also used a couple of shapes that are preloaded on the Imagine. The patterns are from the Hopscotch Colors and Patterns Cricut Imagine cartridge. I go into detail on all of this in the video.
The stamp is from a My Pink Stamper stamp set called Simply Sweet Occasions. This is one of the original My Pink Stamper stamp sets. My set is autographed! I won it at CHA in 2010 when they were released.
I hope you have a wonderful evening. I am going to relax a little bit and head to bed early (well, earlier than I have been lately) tonight.
