You're In My Prayers - Ombre Foil Die Cuts
Howdy from Texas ya'll! I'm currently traveling. Long time no see, right? I have to apologize for my short little hiatus there. It was completely unintentional. Life has been busy and I really just needed a little time to spend with my family and regain my focus.
Today, I'm going to be using the gorgeous ombre foil from Heidi Swapp to create some gorgeous ombre foiled die cuts. I've been ogling this foil since I saw it at CHA in January. It's available in pink to gold (which I'm using today) and teal to silver. I've linked that below too. I just feel the need to tell you that it is impossible to capture the beauty of this foil on camera.
In order to make this process a snap, I'm also using the Therm O Web Deco Foil Toner Sheets. They are available with or without adhesive on the back and give a beautiful foiled result. So much better and cleaner than making your own toner paper, which I've done in the past.
The die cut and stamped sentiment are from the Hero Arts Prayers stamp and cut set. It used to be an exclusive, and is now available at more retailers. Love this set. It's perfect for cards of encouragement or sympathy cards.
I'll show you in the video tutorial below exactly how I created this card. Be sure to check that out. I've also linked the supplies used in this project below.
I love the soft feel of this card. I really wanted to keep the focus on the beautiful more foiled die cut sentiment, so the rest of the card is very soft and subtle. I think it would be a beautiful sympathy card.
Thanks for stopping by today. I hope you've enjoyed this project. Until next time, I hope you have a fabulous day.
