Introducing The New Shine Bright Collection - Carissa Wiley x Spellbinders
I believe that we are made to shine our light wherever we go! And that’s what the Shine Bright collection is all about. We all have a unique light inside of us. We have gifts and talents that we can share with the world. It’s a celebration of the best inside of all of us and meant to encourage others to shine their unique light in this world.
This collection features encouraging messages and images, perfect for cheering on your favorite person, or for celebrating the light, talent and treasure inside all of us!
Disco balls are one of my favorite shiny objects! They are perfect for celebrating any occasion and represent our ability to shine bright and reflect the good things in and around us! You’ll find plenty of ways to use the disco ball elements in this collection on your papercrafting projects.
In creating my second collection, I really wanted a collection that could be used year round for a variety of occasions. In addition to sending encouragement, it’s also perfect for birthdays, graduations, accomplishments, retirements and more!

Shine Bright Cutting Dies and Layered Shine Bright stencils
This Shine Bright dies and layering stencils are the namesake for this line. These products can be used alone or together to create a fun, cheery card featuring your favorite colors. Add dimension to your stenciled images by combining the stenciled background with the die cuts. This bundle also makes great shaker cards!
Shine Bright Sentiment Strips Press Plate and Die Set
The Shine Bright Sentiments Strips press plate and die set was designed as a supporting product for the Shine Bright dies and stencils. These press plates can be used with your Betterpress or your Glimmer hot foil system for a variety of looks. There are 13 fun and encouraging sentiments in this set, on two plates. This one plate system allows you to create several sentiments and die cut them all in one pass with the coordinating one piece die. The angle on the ends of these sentiments strips is designed to match the angle of the rays on the Shine Bright stencil set perfectly! I love to cut extra sentiment strips and layer them behind my focal sentiment to add extra color.
Disco Impressions Press Plate and Die Set and Layered Disco Impressions Stencil Set
The Disco Impressions press plates, dies and layering stencils are a fun way to celebrate any occasion. Use the press plates with either your Betterpress system or your Glimmer hot foil system to create a variety of looks. When combined with the Layered Disco Impressions stencil set, you can create fun, colorful disco balls and even add your favorite pastes, gels, and embossing powders to the stenciled areas. The Layered Disco Impressions stencils can be used on their own too! I love to create a hot foiled shaker window with the Disco Impressions press plate set to create an unexpected shaker window with double the shine!
Disco Balls Cutting Dies
The Disco Balls cutting dies include 7 dies. There are three different sizes of disco balls. The most unique thing about this product is the way the dies create impressed areas in the die cut to make these disco balls feel really dimensional. I’ve also included the solid shapes, which are perfect for creating windows for your disco balls. The “sparkle” die is one of my favorite little details. Use this small die to create fun sparkle elements which are perfect for embellishing any card! I love using these dies with metallic and mirror cardstocks to create lots of shiny die cuts that require no additional special tools!
Sparkle Background Hot Foil Plate and Die Set
The Sparkle Background hot foil plate set is the perfect background for any celebration! It’s fine rays and sparkle elements create a beautiful and delicate foiled background that coordinates beautifully with any of the other products in the Shine Bright collection. Use the center area to highlight one of the disco balls in the collection, or your favorite sentiment from the Sparkle On sentiment set!
Sparkle On Sentiments Press Plate and Die Set
The Sparkle On Sentiments are perfect to mix and match with any of the other products in the Shine Bright collection. These press plates can be used with your Betterpress or your Glimmer hot foil system for a variety of looks. They are created using a fun, whimsical font that is one of my favorites. The coordinating dies are included in the set and die cut the perfect edge around these sentiments. I’ve included a variety of encouraging sentiments and a fun way to say happy birthday as well. The sentiments include “Shine Bright”, “you’ve got that Birthday Glow”, “more Glitter, less bitter”, and “Sparkle on my friend.” Use one of these die cut sentiments along with the Sparkle Background hot foil plate to create a quick and easy card that’s sure to shine!
