Felt Accents Featuring Pinkfresh Studio Magical Christmas And Home For The Holidays
Hi everyone! I'm so glad you've stopped by. I have some fun projects to share with you today!
I have created a couple of cards featuring the Magical Christmas stamps. I've paired them with the Cityscape Die and Home For The Holidays set. You'll see some accents from other sets as well.
I knew when I saw this unicorn that it absolutely HAD to have a felt scarf. It adds texture and a pop of color...as well as an unexpected element for the recipient.
I'll show you how to create these cards in the video tutorial...be sure you check that out.
I used the amazing Pinkfresh Liquid Watercolors to color my first unicorn. Just because it's Christmas doesn't mean you can't have a rainbow unicorn!
I mixed and matched elements from the July release with some stars from the Brilliant stamp set. I thought this was a fun alternative to snowflakes. :)
The tree is colored with Copic markers and comes from the Merry and Bright Toy Shop stamp set.
For the second card, I colored my Unicorn using Copic markers. I stuck with a pink and red color scheme and chose my colors from a blending group to make my coloring easy peasy.
To create a magical background for my unicorn, I used the Constellation stamp set. I mixed two colors of ink directly on the stamp to create a multi colored background and heat embossed some stars over the top.
These cards came together rather quickly. And I absolutely love the idea of a Christmas unicorn!
Thanks for stopping by today! I hope you've enjoyed these cards. Until next time, I hope you have a fabulous day!
XOXO
