Alcohol Inked Acetate Card With Foil Accents
Today I’m sharing a fun technique featuring alcohol ink on acetate. I’ll be creating my card base from the acetate.
Today’s card features the Drink Up The Sunshine stamp set from My Favorite Things. I absolutely love this little girl on her pool float. The alcohol ink background creates the perfect pool water effect for this stamp.
To add some extra shine to the alcohol ink background, I used some transfer foil to add foil accents. This foil will adhere to any areas of the alcohol inked background where the ink has really puddled up. It’s a fun addition to an already beautiful background.
I’ll be sharing how I created this card in today’s video tutorial. Be sure to check it out for lots of tips and tricks….and maybe a few laughs too!
