Finally Finals

I just wanted all of you to know that my finals are tomorrow.  I am not really too nervous, but we will see how I feel in the morning.  That could all change in an instant.  I am really thrilled that I will be done for the summer after tomorrow.  I really cannot believe that I have made it through my first year of nursing school.  I only have one more year.  There are times that it seems like it is flying by and other times that it seems that it is crawling.  One thing is for sure, I have NOT had a single moment of boredom since I began nursing school in August.

I am planning on doing a lot of crafting in the next couple of weeks.  I have to make teacher gifts for all of my kids' teachers.  I am thinking of something similar to the cherry gifts that I made for my teachers.  I am planning on making another video Tuesday, so look for it Tuesday afternoon or Wednesday morning.  The uploads take a while, so sometimes I put them on overnight while we are sleeping so that the internet connection isn't all clogged up by my uploads (which really bugs my hubby and I try not to do that).

We have a lot of fun things planned for the summer.  My kids are thrilled that they get to go to a day camp here in our home town.  They've never really done anything like that before and they are really looking forward to that.  Also, we have a couple of trips to Lake Tahoe planned and a trip to see Mickey Mouse for the last time before our annual passes expire.  We will also be doing a lot of swimming at Grandma The Great's house (that's what my kids call my Grandma).  I also plan on having some marathon crafting sessions with my best crafting buddy, Breanne.  If you've been following my blog, you saw the video of us at CHA earlier this year.  Actually, it was a video of me laughing at her the whole time!  It still cracks me up (we had a fabulous time).  It's going to be a great summer.  I may even relax a little bit.  That will take some practice.  I am not very good at relaxing.
