Partial Die Cut Pop Up Card - Featuring Crafty Lady Essentials By Ellen July Product Release
Hi everyone! I'm so glad you stopped by today. I have a fun card featuring some of the newest stamps from the Essentials By Ellen line, available exclusively at EllenHutson.com.
I'll be using the new Leading Ladies - Crafty Lady stamp and die set, along with the Crafty Ladies Say stamp set to create this fun partial die cut pop up card.
This is a little bit different card design. I like that it still fits in a standard A2 size envelope.
I stamped my Crafty Lady using Memento Tuxedo Black ink on to some heavy weight Neenah card stock. Since this card stock is serving as my base, I wanted to be sure that it was nice and thick.
I love that the little sentiments included in the Crafty Lady set fit perfectly on her bag and her shirt. These sentiments are so funny! "I may not work out but I'll die cut" has to be my favorite sentiment.
Once my Crafty Lady was colored, I used the coordinating die to partially cut her. I like to use the On The Edge cutting pads from Sizzix when doing my partial die cutting. I just feel like I can manipulate and maneuver these smaller pads to get the cuts in just the right spot.
I'll walk you through the entire creation of this card in the video tutorial below. Be sure to check it out.
Thanks for stopping by today. I hope you enjoyed this project and a look at the new Crafty Lady stamp set from the Essentials By Ellen line.
