Welcome {Baby} Tag Card
Hello everyone! I'm {finally} back. Summer has been busy and it's been hard to get in to my craft room to film a video. We came back from our trip to San Diego on Saturday. We had a great time. I'll be heading back to work tomorrow after being off for 14 days {with work comes the 4:15 a.m. alarm}. I did manage to sneak in to the craft room to create this Welcome Tag Card.
The tag was actually inspired by the gift. Isn't it great when the card, gift and wrapping all coordinate. It makes a fun gift!
Although I chose to use "welcome kenley" you could really use any sentiment on this tag. It would be a fabulous birthday gift topper. Changing the sentiment and the patterned paper will give this card a completely different feel.
The video above walks you through the entire creation of this card...which is still small enough to fit inside an A2 sized envelope.
I used the kushtie script font to create the word Kenley and welded it together in Silhouette Studio. I typed the word...and then used the offset feature to give it more weight. It was just too thin without the offset.
I apologize, but I cannot find the exact tag cut I used to create this card. I do know that the tag is by Kerri Bradford...I just can't locate the exact cut.
I hope you are having a wonderful summer! Enjoy your day!
